Edlen is the exclusive electrical provider for CEDIA at the San Diego Convention Center. All electrical labor should be scheduled through Edlen directly. If you require power for light fixtures, laptops, phone charging or other fixtures, you’ll need to order an electrical outlet. Please submit your EDLEN Electrical Order Form along with your electrical power drop grid to Edlen directly. You may place your order online at www.edlen.com or you can submit your order to email@example.com.
California is NOT a “right‐to‐work” state. The installation and dismantling of prefabricated displays comes under the jurisdiction of the Painters Decorators Union. However, one (1) full‐time exhibiting company employee may work without tools for thirty (30) minutes on the installation (move‐ in) and thirty minutes (30) on the dismantle (move‐out) without union labor. Exhibitors are not permitted to use tools of any type (screwdrivers, hammers, electric drills, power saws, etc.) on booths of any size. Union Labor is available to assist in the installation and dismantling of exhibit booths.

CEDIA Expo is a Line of Sight Show which requires visability into your neighboring exhibitors booth– please ensure if you are a linear/ in-line booth or corner booth, you do not have anything displayed above 4’ high on your side walls; if you have an endcap booth, you may have an 8’H x 10’W structure centered as your backwall in your booth but 5’ of your back wall on each side cannot extend past 4’ in height

Centerplate is the exclusive provider of food, beverage and alcohol within the San Diego Convention Center. Outside food and beverage is not permitted into the SDCC and all alcoholic beverages brought into the facility will be confiscated. Admission to the exhibit hall during the set-up, show days or dismantling period is open to exhibitor personnel with Exhibitor Badges. Register in advance and print out when you arrive onsite. Badges will not be mailed and can be picked up onsite beginning Monday, September 3rd, 2018.
