What to Expect
CEDIA Expo is three days of hot products, engaging education, and unlimited networking.
For 2024, we’ll have brand new show areas showcasing Lighting and Connectivity brands, plus fan-favorite opportunities, such as the Smart Stage, The Launchpad, Manufacturer Product Training, CEDIA Education, and the CE Pro All Star Band Concert.
Slip on your comfiest shoes and come prepared to be inspired!
Top Tips from Past Attendees
Make a Plan.
The show can be overwhelming with the number of exhibitors, courses, and other events. So review the exhibitor listings and show offerings, and make a plan.
Attend at least one social event.
CEDIA Expo happens only once a year, so make the most of your time there.
Bring business cards.
You’ll meet a lot of new faces, so make sure to bring plenty to hand out.
Go to the keynote!
Get inspired and set the tone for the rest of the show by attending the keynote address, taking place the evening before the first day of CEDIA Expo.
Attend at least one Manufacturer’s course.
They are free to all show attendees and will provide unique insights.
Wear really (really) comfortable shoes.
The floor is big, and you don’t want to miss walking the full floor because your feet are sore.
Don’t forget to eat!
Bring a protein bar if you need to, but you’ll have long days that require good energy.
Drink plenty of water!
All the walking and after hours parties will be much more enjoyable if you stay hydrated.
Book your hotel in the show official hotel block.
Show management negotiates the best rates, and shuttle buses to and from the convention center will make traveling easier on your wallet!
